Developing feeder programs with local high schools is a key strategy for fostering community engagement and creating pathways to higher education. These programs facilitate smooth transitions for students, equipping them with essential tools and support to access higher education and confidently enter the workforce. Through collaborative efforts with local educators, we design customized pathways that address our students’ needs and maximize their potential.

We are passionate about shaping student outcomes that drive career readiness and long-term success through real-world learning experiences, including classroom projects, industry mentorship, internships and career initiatives. Our iLabs innovation and entrepreneurship platform engages students and faculty in cutting-edge research and practice-based learning, preparing them to make impactful contributions in their fields.

To elevate iLabs further, we established on-campus case competitions and funded student participation in prestigious contests. These experiences sharpen students’ analytical and presentation skills while providing unique networking opportunities with regional corporate leaders. We also promote entrepreneurial activities through incubation and pitch competitions.

We provide our students with a significant advantage through hands-on learning experiences in our state-of-the-art Bloomberg Finance Lab. This facility enables students to analyze extensive real-time market data, improving their financial knowledge while earning the valuable Bloomberg Market Concepts certification. The Investment Fund Management course allows students to directly manage a real investment fund, applying theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Furthermore, students have the freedom to use the lab independently, promoting deeper skill development. These experiences equip our students with practical, real-world abilities, ensuring they stand out in the competitive job market.

Recognizing the challenges of transitioning from high school to college, we propose an annual Bridge Program to facilitate smoother transitions and better prepare our students for academic success. Research indicates that participants are more likely to persist and achieve higher GPAs.

We are developing innovative initiatives for tutoring, mentoring and teaching support to enhance academic and professional success. Our career readiness services include internship stipends and study abroad opportunities, which provide students with global perspectives and prepare them to thrive in an interconnected world.
