These are just a few of the stories we invite you to read about in the 2012-2013 Year in Review, an annual publication that highlights just a handful of the people, projects and events that helped shape the university during the last academic year.

Within the last academic year, the university announced record-breaking enrollment, ������-Dearborn’s first doctoral degree recipient and the construction of The Union at Dearborn, a new housing option for students.

“In many ways, the university is entering a new era,” said ������-Dearborn Chancellor Daniel Little in the Year in Review’s opening letter. “Of course, our core priorities remain the same. ������-Dearborn remains dedicated to supplying our region with well-educated and creative thinkers who are prepared to lead—and faculty and staff continue to guide the way on this effort.”

Faculty and staff members will receive a copy of the Year in Review in their campus mailboxes today. An online PDF and flipbook also are available.

“There is much to celebrate as we reflect on another very successful year,” Little said. “Thank you to our faculty, staff and students who continue to make ������-Dearborn a great campus. I look forward to what we can accomplish in the year to come.”
