Coping Skills Group
Tuesdays 1-2 PM
This group provides an opportunity to learn about a variety of tools to aid in coping with different life
stressors. Several strategies will be discussed and explored, including mindfulness, distress tolerance,
emotion regulation, cognitive diffusion, interpersonal effectiveness, values clarification, and
committed actions toward valued living.
