Join us Mon-Weds, March 24, 25, 26 from 6p - 7:30p in the Active Learning Classroom at the Mardigian Library for a masterclass in story telling featuring Arab American writer, performer, and theatre director, Denmo Ibrahim.

What is it?
- A 3-day, hands-on storytelling workshop exploring personal narrative, voice, and presence. Whether you鈥檙e a writer, educator, artist, or simply curious about storytelling, this immersive experience will help you shape and share a compelling story. No prior experience needed!
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Discover what makes a story resonate鈥攕tructure, tension, transformation.
- Learn techniques to engage an audience using voice, pacing, and gesture.
- Develop and refine a short, personal story to share in a final storytelling circle.

Day 1: Finding the Story
What makes a story compelling?
- Explore personal experiences, interviews, and found stories.
Day 2: Shaping the Story
Learn how to bring a story to life through presence, pacing, and detail.
Day 3: Sharing the Story
Experience the impact of telling your story in a shared space.
