蹤獲扦-Dearborn ranked sixth among regional public universities and 40thamong all regional universities in the Midwest. This marks the 14thconsecutive year the university was rated as one of the regions best.
According to the magazine, overall rankings are based on quantitative measures that education experts have proposed as reliable indicators of academic quality. 蹤獲扦-Dearborns ranking highlighted the universitys high first-year student retention rate, low student/faculty ratio and improving graduation rate.
The publication also recognized 蹤獲扦-Dearborns undergraduate business and engineering programs.
The College of Business was ranked as the third best undergraduate business program in the state. This was the eighth consecutive year the program has appeared on the list.
The College of Engineering and Computer Science was ranked as one of the best ABET accredited undergraduate engineering programs for universities that offer doctoral degree programs. This is the first year CECS has been included in the doctoral program category. U.S. News previously ranked the program among the best offered at masters-level institutions for 18 consecutive years.
