Registered student organizations are required to submit their event requests through , even events that are within 2 weeks. 

RESERVATION UPDATE SÂÜÀòÉçMER 2025

With the first-floor renovation finished, the Renick University Center will be completing phase two of the roofing project this summer. Starting in May, the roof over the RUC Dining Area and the 2nd Floor offices will be repaired.  Physical event spaces in the RUC will not be affected, but this may disrupt food service in the McKinley Cafe for several days over the course of the summer.  In addition, space on the outside of the RUC will be cordoned off for building materials. The project is set to be completed by Mid-August
