Our Faculty & Research

Degree programs are taught primarily by Ph.D. faculty dedicated to teaching and research.

The Computer and Information Science (CIS) faculty engage in diverse research areas, including artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, cybersecurity, and game design. Their work is supported by federal agencies and industry leaders such as the NSF, NIH, IBM, Ford, Microsoft, and Amazon. Several faculty members have received prestigious NSF CAREER Awards. They also contribute to the academic community through editorial roles in leading journals and by participating in organizing committees for prominent technical conferences.
